Gomingo operates under a prepaid booking model, this ensures that all reservations are confirmed for the host and guests. Our extranet doesn’t use an invoicing system, meaning you get paid directly into your preferred account.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Below is the basic process of how you can sign-up and start working with Gomingo, as a travel professional and partner offering multiple accommodations.

Step One

Sign up on Gomingo.com homepage, activate your account, start listing by entering the required information. Some mandatory details must be entered before going live.

Step Two

Complete your registration by entering your mandatory listing details. Once done, click on your 'Listed' button to make your accommodation live on Gomingo.com.

Step Three

Once your accommodation is set as 'Listed' it then becomes searchable and bookable by travellers around the world. You can 'unlist' at any time.

Step Four

Now Gomingo customers around the world can search and book your accommodation which will be featured in our off-site media and destination blog posts.

Step Five

Our pre-paid booking model requires that a valid payment must be entered for booking to be confirmed.

Step Six

Only if a payment is processed successfully via our secure payment system both parties will receive the confirmation.

Step Seven

Guests can communicate with you, cancel bookings and leave reviews after their stay, which will appear on your hotel/agency profile.

Step Eight

Gomingo customers can view reservations via our CRM System, communicate with each other, cancel/alter reservations and manage payouts.

Can I Join Gomingo.com as a TA Professional?

Gomingo's Travel Professionals interface and program are designed for large companies selling holiday accommodation in greater volumes. Gomingo's TA program is the right fit for you if you have more than 10 listings and represent an organisation specialising in re-selling accommodation in multiple locations under a single corporation or company name. We currently welcome the following categories: consolidators (GDS/IDS/Wholesalers), third-party providers (using own/third party inventory), individual businesses (websites with booking engines), travel portals, property management companies (individuals and companies renting/managing holiday/short stay homes) and other portals (white-label booking engines).

Tours and Holiday Packages Are Not yet Available on Gomingo.com

Gomingo.com does not yet offer tours and holiday packages that include excursions, transfers, flights or other mixed holiday packages. Our TA program is only tailored for customers offering accommodation. If your organisation has both accommodation and other packages, you will only be able to list accommodation with us. At this stage, we are considering other travel related packages following vast customer feedback and interest. If our Gomingo TA program is not yet suitable for your organisation because you're only offering packages- please contact our team using the "contact" form below. A representative will contact you as soon as holiday packages become available on our platform.
