Who are we?

Gomingo is an online accommodation marketplace founded in London with the simple idea of a clean, usable low-commission platform that increases revenue for the Hosts while lowering booking prices for the guest.

Our mission!

Hand control and return value back to Hoteliers and Hosts from the larger OTA’s who can charge you up to 35% on bookings. They tie you down with cumbersome contracts, meaning you can’t escape their high prices. This is unfair!

We are creating a trusted community for people to list, discover and book accommodation for both the leisure and business traveler, whatever their budget.

We will only charge up to 15% and do not believe in these industry contracts. We charge you less so you can earn more from your bookings through us and in return the guest benefits from a lower and exclusive price. Through this key feature, we hope to shake up the OTA industry.

Everyone and anyone can list on Gomingo from major global chains, Independents and Boutique hotels, all the way to B&B and Individual Apartment owners.

Gomingo currently only supports GBP (£) currency, whilst we are looking into currency API integration. Therefore, all rates must be entered and will be displayed on our website in GBP(£) currency.
We are currently working on XML and API connectivity module. Until our teams have finished the necessary development work, our platform is considerably static, and there is no way to connect to any of the Channel Manager software available on the market. We understand this is very important, and so this is our priority No1! We have this feature next in line and all our partners who come aboard first whilst we are working on further development, will be able to profit from our part-like Channel Manager and dynamic CML features as soon as works are completed.
We certainly have this covered! Any individual unit owners, who are already working with other holiday rentals sites (Airbnb, Holiday Lettings / Trip Advisor, Wimdu, Home Away and others) can already sync availability with Gomingo. We have fully covered this with our Import and Export iCalendar feature. is currently only available in English (UK/US). All feature are listed in this language. A Language feature is next in the line of development as we continue to rapidly expand across the Globe.
Gomingo is a London company with an international market, we aim to join the hotel and holiday rental spheres on our trusted sharing economy platform.
Gomingo is a pre-paid booking model. Payment from a Guest is processed by us and a PayOut is passed onto our Hosts by deducting Gomingo's 10% commission as standard. Collecting payment from Guests upfront ensures that you will only receive confirmed reservations with us.
Gomingo Operates 3 Universal pre-set rate policies, which are selected per accommodation / room type when listing accommodation on our website: STRICT- commonly known as non-refundable; MODERATE- which is 50% refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival; and FLEXIBLE- which is a refundable rate at any time of cancellation. See our full terms and conditions for more information. Our Hosts and Guests are free to make Cancellations to their reservations, and there is no need to contact us. Simply open your Reservation and click on ”Cancel Booking”
You can communicate with your guests by simply going into “Reservations” and once opened, use the “ Message” button. This will open an inbox and assign your comment or message reference to the selected reservation. Alternatively, when you receive a message from your guests, this will be visible from your main Dashboard or “Host Inbox” menu.
You can contact support directly via your Gomingo Extranet. Go to Dashboard and click on Support Tickets. Please provide as much information as possible, so that our team can deal with your enquiry in the most efficient way. We allow Subject as well as Body within support ticket.
